Sandhill Cranes on the bog!

 Hi folks,

Despite all the snow on the ground, it's spring time at Baxter Bog. And I have received a  stunning report of no less than 8 Sandhill Cranes on the bog. This is a very rare occurrence and I hope you get a chance to see them. Please email anything you see on the bog at hotboggoss@gmail.com

Bohemian Waxwings spotted on the bog

 Hi Folks, I just received a report of a flock Bohemian Waxwings on the bog. Super exciting! They love to eat the old frozen berries on the trees. Hopefully they stay in the area for a while.
